Our patient has a drop dead gorgeous smile.
“This patient first visited me in 2012 when we noted overlapping front teeth and worn edges. It’s not normal to have so much wear at such a young age. I looked at our patient’s bite and found that her tooth position was creating wear when she used her teeth for normal activities like chewing. We both wanted a very conservative result, trying to minimise the amount of tooth we removed. Invisalign was going to be the best way to reposition her teeth, align the teeth at gum line and then bond thin veneers to restore the length and shape.” Dr Andrea Shepperson

These images show the extent of crowding and tooth wear. Crowded bottom teeth are contributing to some of the bite issues during chewing. The dental arch gets narrow in the mid-section, creating shadows in the side of the smile.
