Location

We are based in Aucklands CBD, at Level 2 68 Beach Road, in the Quay Park Health building, a distinctive building next to the old red brick Auckland Railway Station, and in front of Spark Arena.

Parking

Pay & Display Parking is available in front of our building, for visiting clients. Pay through this app: https://www.secureparking.co.nz/en-nz/offers-and-events/paybyapp.Some street parking is available and there is a Railway carpark across the road, as well as parking buildings nearby.

Cancellation policy

Should you need to change your appointment time we request that you advise us as early as possible - minimum 24 hours notice - in order for us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Please understand that last minute cancellations are taken seriously and may incur a $120.00 fee.
