Old bridges and hollows from missing teeth at the side of the smile drew attention to a gummy smile. Our patient wanted to show less gum and have a smile with even shapes and colours.
We created a new smile by referral to a gum specialist for a gum lift and grafting, 12 new porcelain restorations using a combination of bridges, crowns and veneers.
